GV are usally fairly quick off the mark including new camcorder codecs into Edius, although HEVC isn't really a new camcorder codec, it is a generic codec. Hardware acceleration should be the way that Quick Sync shows up in the Edius Exporter. Have you tried converting the file in the bin to HQX?
